How To Request A Refund

- Receive your return authorization within 24–48 business hours. Our team will email you a return authorization number and the shipping address.
- Ship the jars back to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Receive your refund within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned package. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
What's Covered
- The full price you paid for the product.
- Both unopened and opened (even empty) jars within the 365-day window.
What's Not Covered
- Original shipping costs, if any were paid.
- Return shipping costs (responsibility of the customer).
- Requests made after the 365-day window has expired.
- Purchases made from any source other than the official website (e.g., third-party marketplaces, resellers). Only orders placed through this site are covered.
Lost Or Damaged Returns
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to send back your return. We cannot issue refunds for returns that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit, so a tracking number protects both of us.
